Kevin Richard Stuermer
Although classically trained in French cuisine, Kevin's creativity and love for Asian cuisine, especially Japanese, shows innovation and maturity in his style of cooking. Kevin chose cooking as a lifestyle and enrolled as a student in Culinary Management at George Brown College in 2009. Upon Graduation he promptly moved to Europe, pursuing cooking careers in Amsterdam, Netherlands and Budapest, Hungary. While living abroad, he was exposed to a wide range of regional flavors and exotic ingredients which has contributed to his flavor profile. Some hobbies of his include traveling and collecting antique cookware and artwork. An advent reader with a room that has been dedicated as a library in his home.
